At Heirloom Salad Company, we not only make sure every bite is created with the freshest, cleanest, and most natural ingredients available, but that it's made exactly how you want it, right in front of you, no question. Whether you are enjoying one of our many Signature Salads, Sandwiches or devouring any of our baked goods and Handcrafted Soups, we hope the Heirloom experience is one your taste buds will always remember.

SALADS
Whether it’s fried crispy jalapeños or Cajun Chicken, there is a delectable combination for even the pickiest of salad eaters at Heirloom Salad Company. Choose from over 40 fresh ingredients and any number of our chef-crafted dressings, such as Spicy Southwest Chipotle, to put on a green of your choosing, including baby spinach and freshly chopped Romaine lettuce. Can’t decide what you want? Then our chef’s Signature Salads offer unique and tasty alternatives.
SOUPS
Try any of our robust soups if you’re looking for an appetizing compliment to any of our salads or sandwiches, or just a hearty bowl and honey wheat roll. Heirloom’s original handcrafted soups are designed from scratch and after hours and hours of taste testing by our own top chef. Each soup is made day of, from the cleanest and most natural products available. Broccoli Cheese and Chicken Noodle are always on the menu, but try one of our five rotating selections that change daily, like our chef's rendition of the Apricot Lentil soup – don’t forget your oyster crackers.
NOW HIRING - SALAD CHOPPERS full or part-time
Salad Choppers create made-to-order chopped salads, serve handcrafted soups, and create hot-pressed sandwiches for the Guest upon order. Breakfast shifts also available. Salad Choppers must be detailed for morning prep, enjoy working with people, and have the ability to multi-task while working in the art of food creation. Fall hours are flexible with shifts from 2 to 8 hours. Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 3 lunch shifts per week, and/or up to 40 hours to apply. Premium pay for two-hour lunch shifts. APPLY HERE
SANDWICHES
Like all our other made-to-order dishes, our sandwiches can come decked out in any number of toppings and dressings. Choose a meat, a cheese, a spread and any extra toppings, like tangy banana peppers or shredded carrots. You can stop and enjoy your cold-cut right there, or (as we recommend) have it melted and savor a steamy, hot creation. Our Signature Sandwiches offer new takes on old classics, like our Barbecue Chicken Melt on our hearty Rustic Italian.

NOW HIRING - KITCHEN CHOPPERS
Kitchen Choppers prepare and chop salad ingredients each morning for all the made-to-order salads, sandwiches, and tossed pastas. Applicants should possess good knife skills, good hygiene, and be detailed in food presentation. Kitchen experience and Serve Safe certification a plus, but not required. Must be available during the times of 6AM to 5PM Monday-Sunday at least three days a week and a minimum of 15 hours per week/up to 40 hours per week. Must be able to stand for an extended period of time and lift 20 pounds. APPLY HERE
